Every building on the High Street has lived more than one life.
100 HIGH STREET, BRIDLINGTON
Properties on the High Street were renumbered at the start of the 1900s. This property was previously Number 1.
In 1899, this property was occupied by the London and Yorkshire Banking Co Ltd.
In the photograph dating from the early 20th century, No 100 can be seen in the left-hand side with the small child stood outside near the doorway.
In more recent times, No 100 has been used as a Post Office and shop.
